Damages on delivery
Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. If you notice any visible damage, sign for the delivery as “damaged” and take clear photographs.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We kindly ask that you check your entire order at once, as we are only able to accept one damage claim per order.
Once your inspection is complete, please report any damage using this form or by contacting our Customer Service team.
Delivery restrictions
To help us deliver smoothly and on time, please let us know in advance about any access restrictions at your property. This may include narrow or weight-restricted roads, steep driveways, or anything that could impact safe delivery.
If, in the unlikely event, we’re unable to deliver to your selected address due to access or vehicle restrictions, our team will contact you promptly. We’ll work closely with you to arrange the best alternative delivery option, ensuring a seamless experience with minimal disruption.
Missed delivery and cancellations
If no one is available to receive the delivery and a new delivery date is required, a £40.00 re-booking fee will apply.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, any cancellation will incur a £40.00 cancellation fee.
If a delivery is refused, a £40.00 refusal fee will also apply.
