Do not arrange any installation work until you have received and checked all products.

In the unlikely event that something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, we want to prevent unnecessary installer or plumber costs. Any reputable installer should be willing to confirm that all items are present before starting work. Better safe than sorry!

You are responsible for maintaining and updating your account information to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

2. Prohibited Use

You must not misuse our website. This includes, but is not limited to:

Uploading, distributing or transmitting viruses, trojans, worms or harmful materials

Attempting to hack or disrupt website services

4. Availability & Delivery

Product availability is shown on our website.

Your order will be delivered by the date stated in your Dispatch Confirmation, or within 30 working days, unless exceptional circumstances occur.

Additional delivery notes:

Non-mainland UK deliveries may incur additional charges or restrictions.

If delivery is attempted and you are not available, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Always check your delivery before booking installation.

Missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and before installation begins.
It is your responsibility to dispose of pallets and packaging.

5. Product Prices & Delivery Charges

Prices listed are correct at the time of order submission.

Prices may change over time but will not affect existing orders.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

Delivery charges are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page.

Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors may occur.

If the correct price is lower, we may refund the difference.

If the correct price is higher, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

If a pricing error is obvious and you reasonably should have recognised it, we may cancel the order and refund you.

6. Our Products

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, we recommend seeking technical advice from qualified professionals before placing orders or carrying out any installation.

7. Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

You must be 18 years or older and use a valid payment method.

Orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

You confirm all information provided during checkout is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that sufficient funds are available.

Delivery times may vary depending on availability and external factors such as courier delays.

8. Offers & Promotions

Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers.

Bathroom Kingdom may reject invalid or inapplicable codes.

Promotions may be withdrawn at any time.

Only one code per order/household.
Free delivery (where offered) applies to qualifying orders for UK mainland only.

If returning items reduces your order below the promotion threshold, the value of the promotion may be deducted from your refund.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions exclude branded products and tiles.

9. How to Pay

Payment may be made by:

PayPal

Payment is taken when your order is placed.

If your order cannot be fulfilled, we will refund your payment to the original payment method.

10. Cancellations

Your rights:

Under consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Dispatch Confirmation.

If goods have already been shipped:

Do not open the packaging

Return the goods to us at your own cost and risk

Items must be unused and in original packaging

If items are handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may deduct an amount from your refund to cover loss of value.

If you cancel before dispatch, we will refund you in full.

12. Warranty & Guarantee

Bathroom Kingdom offers a warranty of up to 5 years on selected products unless otherwise stated.

12-month warranty applies to:

LED mirrors & cabinets

Electric showers

Shower pumps

Tap & shower cartridges

Shower hoses & seals

Toilet seats

Cistern fittings

Basin & bath wastes

Shower rollers and furniture hinges

Warranty exclusions:

Fair wear and tear

Accidental or malicious damage

Improper use or installation

Negligence

Alterations by unauthorised persons

Failure to follow care instructions

Damage from harsh or abrasive cleaning products

Lack of required maintenance (e.g., descaling cartridges)

Please retain proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Our warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.

13. Waiver

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms at any time, we still retain the right to enforce our rights later.

14. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to):

Strikes or industrial action

Civil unrest or terrorism

Natural disasters

Fire, flood, storm or explosion

Failure of transport or communication networks

If such an event occurs:

We will notify you as soon as possible

Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event

A new delivery date will be arranged once possible

If the delay lasts longer than 30 days, you may cancel the contract.

We will refund any payment and collect any delivered goods at our cost.

15. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by failure to follow these Terms or by negligence.

We are not liable for:

Business losses

Loss of profit

Loss of opportunity

Business interruption

We do not exclude liability for:

Death or injury caused by negligence

Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Sale of Goods Act statutory rights

Bathroom Kingdom is a trading name of IQ Branch Ltd,
Wesley Place, Wellington Street, Dewsbury, WF13 1HD.

This contract is between you and Bathroom Kingdom only. No third party has rights under it.

If any term becomes invalid, the remaining terms will continue in full force. Where possible, invalid clauses will be interpreted to reflect their original intent.

You agree to indemnify Bathroom Kingdom, its employees, officers and agents from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
