Check Your Order on Arrival

We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
Please report any issues to our Customer Services team within 48 hours at info@bathroomkingdom.co.uk

Our Simple Returns Process

If you decide that a product isn’t suitable, you may return it within 28 days of receiving it.

How to Return a Product

To request a return, please email us at info@bathroomkingdom.co.uk with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photograph of the item(s) ready for collection or return

Once received, our team will review your request and confirm when it has been approved.

Important Information

  • Return Costs:
    Unwanted items must be returned at your own cost. You may use any courier of your choice, but we recommend a fully insured service.
  • Condition of Returned Items:
    All products must be returned in resalable condition, within their original, undamaged packaging (and pallet, where applicable).
  • Refund Eligibility:
    As long as your return request is made within 28 days and the product is unused and in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund.

Order Dispatch & Cancellations

Once your order has left our warehouse and you have received a dispatch confirmation email, it can no longer be amended.


Please ensure all delivery details, dates and items are correct before dispatch.


If you cancel an order after dispatch, or if delivery is refused at the door, a £40 per pallet return fee will be deducted to cover the cost of returning the goods to us.
